These terms govern use of the Silora platform (app.silora.io, console.silora.io) and this website (silora.io), operated by Silora ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Silora is a business-to-business platform that helps game studios analyze game content and produce marketing creatives. Access is provisioned per organization; your use is also subject to any agreement between us and your organization.
Accounts
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. We may suspend accounts that compromise the security or integrity of the service.
Your content
Content your organization uploads (game assets, videos, documents) remains yours. You grant us the rights needed to store and process it solely to provide the service to your organization. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with other customers.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the service, access another organization's data, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Availability and changes
The service is under active development and provided "as is", without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amounts paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Your organization or we may end access at any time; on request we delete the organization's content within a reasonable period thereafter.
